Brush Clearing

For this earth moving project, we were hired to come in and flatten an area that was previously forested with overgrown bushes and trees. We started by removing the bushes, and then brought in fill and graded the entire area. This parcel of land will become part of the farm’s yard for storing equipment, feed and other agriculture items.

We then were asked to perform general clean up on another part of the property. We removed and chipped all the brush and deadfall as well several standing dead trees. This was done to make this part of the property safe for livestock. Several tasks are still to be done including the installation of perimeter fencing and cross-fencing.
