We were brought on board to assist the owner and architect with bringing the building up to the 2012 code requirements.

Here are some of the items that the code required:

1. Fire stopping between floors and separate workspaces
2. Re fitting the washrooms to make them wheelchair accessible
3. Creating a new lobby, lunchroom and workspaces
4. Ensuring the exterior of the building is fully compliant for accessibility
