“Thank-you and Well Done!”

On behalf of my Husband and myself, I am writing to say “Thank-you and Well Done!”

On request of:

A) A new water main to the street, plus new regulator;
B) New sidewalk to the front door, plus removal of old stoop and walkway;
C) Leveling of our parking area with an added new step to the area;
Was carried out in a professional and timely manner with extra care given to the garden area.
In addition to our original agreement and after work had already commenced, TBI was more than accommodating when asked to do additional work such as;
D) New stairs off the side of our sidewalk;
E) Building up to the sides of my garden area;
F) Posts for a sidewalk railing;
G) And a small retaining wall between sidewalk and grass area.
All workers were polite, efficient in their work with no cutting of corners, and patient with my consistent questions and/or conversation. I couldn’t have asked for a better Team to do the work that we so desperately needed in our first home. TBI also extended their duties by adding top soil and seed to the grass area that was semi-damaged during construction, which was a delight to see.

My Husband and I will definitely recommend TBI Management to anyone who asks.
