TBI handles all retail tenant improvements and store maintenance for Purdys Chocolatier across British Columbia. We take an existing store and bring it back to an empty shell, then create the new store within the existing walls. TBI is involved in every aspect, from managing the initial site survey to turning over to the client to begin their newly refreshed existence.
