TD Bank
Client:
TD Bank
Architect:
Iredale
Engineer:
Mchaneey
Project time frame:
14 Days
Locations:
Terrace BC, Nanaimo BC, Abbotsford BC
Scope of work:
Relocate one of two ATM units to be operational from the exterior of the building.
Other info:
Each location had its unique challenges.
Terrace:
The block wall needed to be cut open to allow for the ATM to be installed in the exterior wall. Upon opening the interior wall, it was discovered that the exterior brick wall was partially collapsed presumably by a vehicle impact. The Engineer and Architect were contacted to do an assessment. We then rebuilt the wall and proceeded as per their instruction.
Abbotsford:
Nanaimo: Due to the existing storefront glazing and framing most of the exterior wall had to be dismantled. The wall was then rebuilt, and new glass installed to accommodate the ATM and moving over of the night deposit box. The interior wall had to be completely demolished and moved out to accommodate the ATM and night deposit box’s new locations inside the ATM room.
Testimonial
“It is my pleasure to recommend TBI Management. During the last few years, I worked directly with Russ and Nick on numerous project sites. TBI quickly became valued partners who I rely on heavily and would happily vouch for. They are quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly they have always been open to adapting to our specific technology and documentation needs which can vary from project to project.”
