We first establish what the specific project requirements are and then develop a set of plans and specifications to reflect those requirements. We then put together a team to coordinate the development of the project for our client. We will identify and address any questions or concerns related to construction, design, schedule, and cost, and work with the owner to develop viable solutions while ensuring the modifications or tie-ins done to the existing structure will not be jeopardized.
